Our "Safari de tapas" ("Pinchos")
If there is a lasting tradition in Salamanca and one that everyday gets more popular it is "salir de pinchos".

It consists of going to bar filled zone and asking for the so called "pincho" or "tapa", small ammounts of food or appetizers which acompanie the beverages we take. There are two types of "pinchos", hot and cold. The variety and specialties will depend upon each bar, but in Salamanca roasted meat "pinchos" excel.




Tour by the town
In Alhamba Institute also we offer visits by this great city. Salamanca is one of the Spanish cities that conserves a lot of its historical past. Almost all buildings in the town center are constructed with Villamayor´s Stone, with suggestive golden tonality; this fact has worthed Salamanca its "Golden City" surname.

"Plaza Mayor" , Old Cathedral, New Cathedral... These are some of places you will visit whit us.
